The grapes come from the Valles Calchaquies at 1700 meters about sea level, in the Province of Salta, Northwest Argentina.


The region is known for being among the highest vineyards in the world where it predominates a dry climate, with rainfalls not exceeding 150 mm per year, and a significant dual temperature variation. Rocky and sandy soil.

TASTING NOTES

Bright yellow colour with green tones. Fruity aromas with floral notes of jasmine. On the palate it is fresh and smooth with excellent acidity. Citrus notes come in the end. Refreshing aftertaste.

Torrontés is an ideal partner to appetizers and a great accompaniment to spicy dishes or Asian flavours, seafood, poultry and / or pasta, and last but not least, Peruvian food.
