The grapes come from the Valles Calchaquies at 1700 meters about sea level, in the Province of Salta, Northwest Argentina.


The region is known for being among the highest vineyards in the world where it predominates a dry climate, with rainfalls not exceeding 150 mm per year, and a significant dual temperature variation. Rocky and sandy soil.

TASTING NOTES

Deep red wine with bright violet hues. Fruity aromas of plum and chocolate notes on the nose. Soft and ripe tannins. Quite harmonious in the end.

Ideal partner for grilled meats and/or mature cheeses.
Temperature to serve: between 15° and 17° C.
