The grapes come from the Valles Calchaquies at 1700 meters about sea level, in the Province of Salta, Northwest Argentina.


The region is known for being among the highest vineyards in the world where it predominates a dry climate, with rainfalls not exceeding 150 mm per year, and a significant dual temperature variation. Rocky and sandy soil.

TASTING NOTES

Bright red colour with purple hues. On the nose, notes of black pepper, red fruit and coffee stand out. It has a great structure on the palate, round tannins with a harmonious and persistent aftertaste.

Ideal partner for grilled meats and/or mature cheeses.
Temperature to serve: between 15° and 17° C.
